That Council moves into closed session in accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001 under Section 239 2(d) & (g), to discuss a matter regarding Police Services, Section 239 2(d) to discuss a matter regarding CUPE Contract Negotiations, and Section 239 2(c) to discuss a matter regarding a proposed acquisition or disposition of land by the Town.
