That the report of the Manager of Planning and Development dated January 29, 2026 (PD-05-2026) regarding OPA-02-2025 and ZBA-09-2025 be received; And that, since all issues were resolved at the Public Planning Meeting, the requisite Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment and associated by-laws will be brought forward for Council’s consideration at a subsequent Council Meeting.
