That the report of the Supervisor of Planning & Development Services dated February 3,2021 (DSI-01-2021) regarding the Appeal of a Dangerous Dog Designation BE RECEIVED; and that no longer than three weeks be taken for a final decision to be made with respect to the appeal; and that once a decision is made correspondence be sent to Mr. Soda, LLB representing the dog owners, Ms. Dobsky, and Mr. Pukay, dog owners.
