That the report of the Director of Culture and Recreation dated October 27, 2021 (CR-2021-26) be received and that the recommendation to change the Parks, Recreation and Events Committee meeting schedule from monthly to quarterly be approved and further that the revised meeting schedule recommended by the Parks, Recreation and Events Committee, along with an amended Terms of Reference, reflecting the meeting date changes, be brought to Council for final approval.
