That Council move into closed session at 4:33 p.m. in accordance with Sections 239 2 (i) & (c) of the Municipal Act, 2001 , to consider third-party information supplied in confidence to the municipality, being a matter regarding a Land Lease Proposal and a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the Town located on Malden Road.
