Committee of Adjustment Meeting

That the minutes of the meeting of the Committee of Adjustment dated May 22, 2024 be adopted as presented.

Whereas the Minor Variance is consistent with the general intent and purpose of the Official Plan, conforms to the implementing Zoning By-law, the development is an appropriate use of the lands and it is minor, be it therefore resolved that Application A-06-2024 File 4185 be approved subject to the following conditions: 1. That the applicant remove the holding zone symbol from 6140 Malden Road; 2. That the applicant enter into a Site Plan Control Agreement with the Municipality, including but not limited to land dedications, easements, parkland levies, development charges, servicing, parking and signage for the subject lands; 3. That the above be fulfilled by June 19, 2026.
