That the report of the Manager of Planning and Development dated June 1, 2026 (PD-2026-22) regarding OPA-02-2026 and Z-04-2026 to introduce Short-Term Rental regulations be received; And that, the requisite Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment and associated by-laws be brought forward for Council’s consideration at a subsequent Council Meeting, following approval of the business plan for the implementation of the Short Term Rental Program.
